About Evolved Ways
The Evolved Ways name
Evolved Ways represents the belief that the human spirit evolves in connection to others, it is not a singular experience. To ‘evolve’ is something we all do as humans in the face of challenges, opportunities, possibilities and probabilities. ‘Ways’ is represented in plural form to denote the many paths, journeys and opportunities we can take in pursuit of our dreams, aspirations and goals.

Safety: Our services are safe and respectful. We do not expose people to abuse, neglect or exploitation, and we support Participants to build and maintain safe informal supports in their lives.
Ethical Practices: We abide by professional standards of ethics and build and nurture a team with a strong moral compass. We are judicious in processing ethical dilemmas and seek out impartial expertise where matters require.
Contemporary Practice: We are contemporary in our thinking and pursue innovative and creative ways to achieve best possible outcomes for Participants. We strive not only to meet Participant’s needs, we balance our approach by respectfully challenging Participants to imagine their best-selves in their ideal future. We remain with Participants in pursuit of their vision.
Courage: We believe in a world where respectful challenge about injustices are achieved without fear of retribution and with fair outcomes. We lead and role-model with integrity, professionalism and voice.
Lifelong Learning: We believe learning is in every experience we have. We appreciate our work is informed by the personal experiences of Participants and their families/carers, reflective practice and professional collaboration, and evidence-based research.
Accountability: We are disciplined and organised in our approach. We hold ourselves accountable and deliver on what we say.
