Behaviour Support Practitioner
Specialist Support Coordinator
With over 18 years of experience in mental health and disability services, and professional qualifications in psychology and criminology, I have had the opportunity to excel in both frontline and executive roles. I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals to improve their quality of life by focusing on their unique strengths and values. My person-centered approach balances the needs and perspectives of families and carers, while drawing on the lived experiences of individuals with disabilities and their support networks, all underpinned by evidence-based practices and research.
I am dedicated to creating positive, protective environments that foster strong relationships, clear communication, and healthy daily routines. As an ethical and strategic thinker, I approach each person and situation with a thoughtful and focused mindset, facilitating meaningful engagement across intersecting systems such as housing, corrections, healthcare, and child services.
My interest areas are adult mental health, behaviour support, and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing with my cats and dogs, gardening, and anything to do with hotrods and classic cars.

BA Human Services
Support Coordinator
With 30 years of experience in the human services and education sectors, I have dedicated my career to coordinating support for children, teens, young adults and their families. My expertise spans case management, service navigation, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring individuals receive the holistic, client-centered support they need to thrive. I specialize in working with Pre-Prep through to Young Adults, while also supporting parents / caregivers and extended family members in understanding and advocating for their child’s needs. As an experienced facilitator of social emotional resilience and parenting programs, I empower individuals to develop life skills, independence, and confidence.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with educators, allied health professionals, NDIS providers, and community agencies to create cohesive, strengths-based support. I have successfully assisted neurodivergent individuals and those with diverse abilities - including Autism, Down Syndrome, and complex behaviors—in achieving their goals.
Beyond my professional experience, I am deeply committed to values of compassion, respect, and empowerment. I take a people-first approach ensuring that both clients and team members feel supported in a way that is shame-free, demand-free, and strengths-based.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends, especially my grandchildren. I also enjoy dancing, listening to music, and relaxing at home in my beautiful backyard.

BA Social Work
Social Worker | Support Coordinator | Psychosocial Recovery Coach
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health and social workspace, I bring a deep understanding of psychosocial disability, psychiatric and developmental conditions, complex needs, and PTSD. I’ve developed strong skills in psychosocial assessment, person-centered planning, and empathic engagement strategies to support individual recovery goals and enhance wellbeing.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked collaboratively with Queensland Health, Child Safety, Education Queensland, the NDIS, and other service providers. I have a particular passion for rapport building—with individuals, families, and carers, and for strengthening family units by helping establish healthy boundaries, routines, and relationships. I also enjoy creative problem-solving and take pride in seeing my clients build resilience and confidence over time.
After taking time to raise my two children- now thriving at school, I’ve returned to frontline work with renewed purpose. I also bring a strong personal connection to the world of disability and support services. As a sibling to twins- my sister, who has Down syndrome and autism, and my brother, who lives with high-functioning ASD and ADHD, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication and resilience it takes to provide high-quality care. My mother, a retired nurse and their full-time carer, has been a constant source of inspiration. Together, they continue to teach me about the importance of the NDIS, individualized support, and the real-life impact of compassionate, coordinated care.
My downtime is spending time with my family, playing with our long hair dachshunds in our backyard or going to the beach is healing for me.

Business Support Officer - Client Services
Hi, I’m Isabella, also known as Belle. I bring a unique perspective shaped by lived experience of multiple family members with psychosocial impairments, alongside hands-on knowledge as an independent support worker outside of Evolved Ways. I am committed to providing person-centered, high-quality care and support services that empowers individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives as they envision.
I am building on my Certificate in Individualised Support, by currently studying a Diploma of Health Sciences, with a pathway into Occupational Therapy, which is my ultimate career goal. I enjoy the balance an immersion of work and study to deepen my understanding of health and support services.
As a Business Support Officer at Evolved Ways and through my business traineeship, I’ve gained valuable organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills that complement my practical independent support work. I strive to contribute in a way that is both evidence-informed and grounded in real-world experience.
My day outside of my commitments consists of family, friends and keeping active, sometimes all three! I enjoy seeing what’s out there while maintaining my health and keeping active.
